From 15 / 9 / 2016, Decree 115 / 2016 / ND-CP amending the Decree 163 / 2013 / ND-CP stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of chemicals, fertilizers and public explosives Industry begins to take effect.
Accordingly, supplementing provisions on sanctioning administrative violations for some violations of insecticidal and germicidal chemicals and preparations for domestic and medical use (hereinafter referred collectively to as chemicals) :
- A fine of up to VND 50 million shall be imposed for violations against regulations on chemical trading.
- A fine of up to 3 million dong for violations of regulations on chemical use.
- A fine of up to 1 million dong shall be imposed for violations of regulations on chemical transportation.
- A fine of up to VND 40 million shall be imposed for violations against regulations on chemical import.
- A fine of up to VND 20 million shall be imposed for violations against regulations on chemical testing, labeling and advertising.
