The regime to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic under the Government's Resolution No. 42 / NQ-CP of April 9, 4:
The employee working under the labor contract regime must agree to postpone the performance of the labor contract, take leave without pay for 1 month or more due to enterprises having difficulties by the COVID-19 pandemic, no Revenue or no financial resources to pay wages are supported with 1,8 million / person / month. The period of support is based on the actual time of postponement of labor contract, unpaid leave, monthly according to the actual situation of the epidemic, starting from 1/4/2020 and not exceeding 3 months. .
Employers who have financial difficulties and have paid at least 50% of the termination salary for employees under Clause 3, Article 98 of the Labor Code in the period from April to June 4 can borrow no collaterals up to 6% of regional minimum salary for each employee according to actual pay period but not more than 2020 months with 50% interest, maximum loan term of 3 months at the Main Bank Social book to pay the remaining salary and pay directly monthly to the unemployed.
Clause 3, Article 98: Severance pay
Individual business households that have a tax return of less than VND 100 million / year temporarily suspending business from April 1, 4 are supported with VND 2020 million / household / month monthly depending on the actual situation of the epidemic changes but no more than 1 months.

People with meritorious services to the revolution, who are enjoying monthly preferential allowances, shall receive an additional support of VND 500 / person / month. The application period is 3 months, from April to June 4 and is paid once.
Social protection beneficiaries who are receiving monthly social allowances are supported with an additional VND 500 / person / month. The application period is 3 months, from April to June 4 and is paid once.
Poor and nearly poor households according to the national poverty line in the list until December 31, 12 are supported VND 2019 / person / month. The application period is 250 months, from April to June 3 and is paid once.
