1. Licensing procedure
Depending on kích cỡ và các rãnh ghi rãnh ghi, licensing và chế độ đăng ký sẽ được áp dụng:
i) Investment registration; or
ii) Investment evaluation
Đầu tư giao dịch bên trong Việt Nam để thời gian đầu phải có quyền xác thực và đưa ra trong biểu thức hay đánh giá của tiến trình, trong lệnh cho một IC để được thực hiện.
1.1. Investment registration
Foreign investment projects với tổng hợp capital của ít hơn VND VND XNXXillion (approximately USD 300 million) be granted an investment certificate. The investment certificate also serves as the business registration of the corporate entity.
Domestic investment projects with a total capital capital from VND 15 billion to less than VND VND30 billion are also subject to "investment registration". Subject to a request of local investors, the Licensing Authority will issue an investment certificate to such investors.
Enterprises can subsequently register additional investment projects without need to create a separate entity.
Tiến trình cho "giao diện đăng nhập" được đặt ra trong phiên bản 108. So, người cần phải submit application documents để sử dụng registration để Licensing Authority. The Licensing Authority shall check the documents and issue the certificate investment to the investors within 15 Working của việc làm việc ứng dụng hợp lệ.

1.2. Evaluation procedures
Any investment project with a total capital contribution of VND300 billion (approximately USD15 million) or more or investment falling projects in must undergrowth conditional "an investment evaluation" by the Licensing Authority and other relevant authorities. Có hai kiểu khác nhau của Evaluation:

For the evaluation of investment projects with total invested capital of VND 300 billion or more, along with the application documents, the applicant must also submit an “economic - technical explanation” of the investment project to the Licensing Authority. This covers the economic - technical explanatory statement, Objectives, scale, location, investment capital, implementation schedule, land use needs, and technological and environmental solutions of the investment project.

When assessing the application documents, the Licensing Authority may liaise with other relevant Ministries and authorities in evaluating the proposed investment project. Items to be evaluated shall comprise:
i) Compliance with master planning / zoning for technical infrastructure, master planning / zoning for land use, master planning for construction, master planning for utilization of minerals and other natural resources;
ii) Land use requirements;
iii) Project implementation schedule; iv) Environmental solutions.

2. Application dossier
In chung, các tài khoản sau cần thiết cần cơ sở dữ liệu% FOE:
i) Obtaining the seal and registration

3. Post licensing procedures
Upon purchase of the IC, an FOE is required to conduct Certain administrative formalities, including, but not limited to:

ii) A charter draft of company để được thực hiện
iii) Opening a account bank
iv) Registering the tax code
v) Arranging accounting team / policy
vi) Recruitment / register employees with relevant labor authorities.
