Job description
- Planning audit and related work
- Ensure tasks are done on time
- Make timely reports to provide information to the Board of Directors and other contents according to the Company's regulations
- Building working processes in line with the objectives of the Audit Division and the Company
- Participate and supervise audits
- Reviewing and completing audit files and reports in accordance with regulations
- Completing the collection and archiving of audit records
- Support and advise customers on issues related to accounting policies, finance, tax policies and related legal documents
- Maintain good relationship with customers and develop new customers
- Conduct periodic training, assessment, management and supervision of personnel and control risks after the audits
- Manage the audit team to achieve the goals and tasks set by the Board of Directors
- Managing human resources and performing KPI assessment as prescribed
- Responsible for building a dynamic and effective working environment and culture in the room
- Maintain and connect well the relationships between personnel in the Audit Division and other Divisions in the Company
- Other contents depending on reality arising at the Audit Division

#2. Professional requirements
- Having CPA certification is an advantage;
- Graduated in: Accounting - Auditing;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, or a deputy position;
- Having experience in performing independent audit projects at companies providing high quality audit services;
- Mastering legal documents, related to the field of auditing, accounting, finance, tax, ...;
- Preference will be given to candidates who are studying CPAVN/ CPA Australia/ ACCA/ CFAB – ACA (ICAEW) certificates.

- Assign and control the audit team and the quality of the audit;
- Ability to explain and present problems clearly and understandably;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills, presentation to customers;
- Good at English is an advantage;
