Job description

Participate in audit planning and related work; Ensure the work is done according to the deadline;
Make timely reports to provide information to the Board of Directors and other contents according to the Company's regulations;
Participating in the development of working processes in line with the objectives of the Audit Division and the Company;
Perform tasks assigned by superiors;
Reviewing and completing audit files and reports according to regulations;
Completing the collection and archiving of audit records;
Support and advise customers on issues related to accounting policies, finance, tax policies and relevant legal documents;
Maintain good relationship with customers;
Manage the audit team to achieve the goals and tasks set by the Board of Directors;
Responsible for building a dynamic and effective working environment and culture;
Other contents, depending on the fact, arise at the Auditing Division.

High sense of responsibility for customers, know how to absorb and learn new things, comply with professional ethics.

#2. Professional requirements

Graduated in: Accounting - Auditing;
At least 3 years of experience in the field of auditing;
Mastering legal documents, related to the field of auditing, accounting, finance, tax, ...;
Preference will be given to candidates who are studying CPAVN/ CPA Australia/ ACCA/ CFAB – ACA (ICAEW) certificates.

#3. Required skills

Workflow management;
Assign and control the audit team and the quality of the audit;
Ability to explain and present problems clearly and understandably;
Problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills, presentation to customers;
Good at English is an advantage;
Proficient office computer skills
