After a year of implementing the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law of 2014, the Ministry of Planning and Investment organized a conference to summarize one year of implementing these two laws in the morning of April 30, 2012 in Hanoi.
At the conference, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Business Registration Management Department (Ministry of Planning and Investment) said that in the year of April, there were about 800 new enterprises established.
And if nothing changes, by the end of the year, Vietnam will have for the first time in history to have over 800 new businesses established in a year.
Mr. Tuan said that the number of newly registered and newly established enterprises has shown the initial effects of the above two laws.
The representative of the Business Registration Management Department also stated that up to this year, Vietnam has an enterprise with an increase of chartered capital with total capital of VND 200 billion.
Regarding FDI enterprises, in the past year, Vietnam has nearly 2.000 newly established enterprises, with over VND XNX billion of registered capital.
Besides, according to Mr. Tuan, the above two laws have helped to significantly reduce the time and cost for enterprises to enter the market. The rate of payment of documents on time, the application is approved immediately the first time increased.
In particular, the whole country has 86% of the enterprise registration dossiers accepted for the first time, and 89% of the dossiers are paid on time.
According to the report of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the most significant change is at the time of receiving and processing dossiers and procedures for business registration in localities.
On average, the processing time of business registration dossiers of the whole country is 2,9 days, in which, Tien Giang is the locality to process the application, the fastest business registration procedure in the whole country with 1,3 date, followed by Hau. Giang with 1,32 days, and Da Nang with 2,52 days.
Mr. Tuan said that with the liberation of business freedom as above, the Enterprise Law has promoted the entrepreneurial spirit, creating a wave of market entry in the business community.
General comments on the implementation of the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law 2014, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Dang Huy Dong said that the figures summarized after one year of implementing these two laws are really impressive. .
