1. Enterprises which were established prior to the date of April 30, 2012, continued to use the seal granted to the enterprise without having to notify the seal agency to the business registration body. In case the enterprise makes more seals, changes the color of the ink ink, it shall carry out the procedures for notifying the seal sample according to the regulations on enterprise registration.
2. In case the enterprise has been established before the date of April 30, 2012, then the new seal shall be applied under the provisions of this Decree, it must return the seal and seal registration certificate to the police office where the Certificate sign form registration. The police office issued a receipt that received the seal at the time of receiving the seal of the enterprise.
3. In cases where an enterprise has been established before the date of April 30, 2012, then the seal has lost its seal and lost its seal specimen registration certificate, the enterprise may seal it according to the provisions of this Decree; at the same time, notice the loss of the seal and the loss of the seal specimen registration certificate to the police office where the seal specimen registration certificate has been granted.
4. The enterprise is responsible for notifying the seal sample to the business registration office where the enterprise has its head office to publish publicly on the National Portal on business registration in the following cases:
- Make a seal for the first time after registering a business;
- Change in quantity, content, form of seal form and ink color;
- Cancel the seal template.
5. The order, procedures and dossiers for notifying the seal form comply with the regulations on business registration.
