For those of you who work in the office, most of the time at the end of the hour is the beginning of saturation, tired eyes, and limbs. Then you find yourself doing a job forever without having too much entertainment distracting you. It is this that makes you feel tired, happy with the work in which it gradually decreases.
Then try the famous and effective method of Pomodoro to never get tired of work again.
1. What is Pomodoro?
Pomodoro is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo at the end of the year 1980. "Pomodoro" is Italian, translated into English means "tomato".
With this method, your working time is divided into small increments of 25 minutes, accompanied by rest periods from 5 to 10 minutes. It is these "middle half" breaks that you will always feel fresh when you start 25 next minute.
2. The Pomodoro Principle
There are 5 steps to implement Pomodoro method:
Step 1. Choose the job you will do.
Step 2. Set the time, usually 25 minutes.
Step 3. Work until 25 minutes are up.
Step 4. Take a 5 minute break.
Step 5. After the 4 breaks above, take a longer break of 10 minutes.
3. How to apply Pomodoro to office work?
Use a digital clock to help you keep track of your Pomodoro.
To get started, simply select Start. 25 minutes will start to pass and this is the time that you will have to concentrate fully on your current work. After 25 minutes, press the Stop combination to reward yourself with a 5-minute break. When 5 minutes are up, you will start a new 25-minute period. Every 4 5-minute breaks like that, you will get a longer break of 10 minutes.
Keep repeating that cycle from the beginning of the working day to the end of the day. You will feel like you can do more but don't feel bored or tired anymore.
