According to Decree No. 49/2016 / ND-CP of the Government effective from 01/08/2016, the penalty for ordering invoice printing without signing a written contract will be reduced from 2 - 4 million VND down to 500.000 VND - 1,5 million VND.
In case the organization or enterprise ordered to print invoices when the tax agency has issued a written notice that the organization or enterprise is not eligible to order invoice printing, it will be fined from 2 to 4 million VND; At the same time, it was forced to cancel improperly printed invoices.
Besides, individuals do not notify in writing to the competent State agency in case of price announcement; Applying the price declared or registered not on time will be fined from 3 - 5 million VND. In case of not declaring a discount in accordance with price decrease fluctuations; Failure to declare prices on time according to the written request of the competent authority, the fine ranges from 5 to 10 million VND.
