Job description
- Audit planning and related work.
- Ensure work is completed on time.
- Make timely reports to provide information to the Board of Directors and other contents as required by the Company.
- Build working processes that are consistent with the goals of the Audit Division and the Company.
- Participate in and supervise audits.
- Review and complete audit records and reports as required.
- Complete the collection and storage of audit records.
- Support and advise clients on issues related to accounting policies, finance, tax policies and related legal documents.
- Maintain good customer relationships and develop new customers.
- Conduct training, assessment, management, periodic supervision of personnel and risk control after audits.
- Manage the audit team to achieve the goals and tasks set by the Board of Directors.
- Manage human resources and conduct KPI assessments according to regulations.
- Responsible for building a dynamic and effective working environment and culture in the department.
- Maintain and connect good relationships between personnel in the Auditing Division and other Divisions in the Company.
- Other contents, depending on the fact, arise at the Auditing Division.
Requirement
1. Personal requirements

2. Professional requirements
- Having CPA certification is an advantage;
- Graduated in: Accounting - Auditing;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, or a deputy position;
- Having experience in performing independent audit projects at companies providing high quality audit services;
- Mastering legal documents, related to the field of auditing, accounting, finance, tax, ...;
- Preference will be given to candidates who are studying CPAVN/ CPA Australia/ ACCA/ CFAB – ACA (ICAEW) certificates.
3. Skill requirements
- Workflow management;
- Assign and control the audit team and the quality of the audit;
- Ability to explain and present problems clearly and understandably;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills, presentation to customers;
- Good at English is an advantage;
- Proficient in office computer skills.
